Four Bands, a Native community development financial institution (CDFI), is the leading organization on the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation in the areas of small business development, business lending, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship education. With over a decade of experience in working in a rural, economically distressed area, Four Bands has perfected its products and services to overcome the challenges of poverty and unemployment that residents face.

Hunkpati Investments
Hunkpati Investments, a Native CDFI, is dedicated to promoting self-sufficiency, self-determination and an enhanced quality of life for the Crow Creek Reservation. Established in 2009, Hunkpati Investments exists to provide basic financial services and help individuals overcome the barriers currently preventing access to credit and capital.

With over 25 years of experience, Lakota Funds is a certified Native CDFI leading an economic resurgence of the Oglala Lakota Oyate on the Pine Ridge Reservation through culturally appropriate strategies reigniting the traditional Lakota spirit of productivity, commerce, and trade.

South Dakota Center for Enterprise Opportunity
Established by Black Hills State University, the South Dakota Center for Enterprise Opportunity (SDCEO) provides management and technical assistance, comprehensive training, mentoring and counseling for entrepreneurs. The SDCEO works with aspiring entrepreneurs and provides support through education, counseling, training, and advocacy in all stages of business development.
